I have always had the desire to help people.  While choosing to become a Realtor is not exactly what every child dreams of, after I first delivered the news: “your dreams of homeownership have just come true” (or on the flipside “you just got a full price cash offer” in the first week your house was listed) I was hooked. There aren’t many people that can say that they love their jobs, but I am extremely passionate & proud of what I do.  While this has proven to be a tough market for many, I pride myself in going above & beyond the average Realtor in the purchase or sale of your home. Whether you are buying or selling, you can expect top notch service from my team & I.  I have been with Keller Williams Realty Mid-Willamette since 2005, became a Principal Broker in 2010 & am a member of the Agent Leadership (aka ALC).  The ALC is by invitation only & is comprised of brokers in the top 20% of the market center.  The ALC is actively involved in the leadership of the company, holding ownership and management accountable to live within the budget and participates in attaining the goals of the Market Center, i.e., production, drive profit, education and standards and principles.
